Original Imperial German WWI Early Brass Buckle-
This authentic brass combat buckle is constructed of partially silvered-brass. The reverse features a "U" shaped catch with steel roll bar and prongs - which are both intact. Unfortunately, it appears to have been previously polished which has slightly diminished it's original patina. Otherwise, it is still in very good condition.
