Original US WWII Cased Air Medal- A die-struck bronze medal in the shape of a compass rose with an eagle Volant carrying two lightning bolts in it talons with original ribbon and hinge pin. The back of the medal is blank. The case is lined in gold flocking to bottom and gold satin to lid. The staggered bar hinge and spring are intact and fully functional.
