Original US WWII Paratrooper M1A1 Carbine Jump Case – Damaged
This is an original WWII-issue jump case designed specifically for the M1A1 Paratrooper Carbine, allowing the weapon to be carried with its 15-round magazine inserted during airborne operations. Commonly referred to as the “Paratrooper holster,” it features the correct felt-padded interior side for comfort against the leg—meaning the “U.S.” stamp was always oriented outward when worn.
This example shows honest age and use, with staining throughout the canvas. The snaps remain fully functional, but the leg strap has been removed/cut off. The only visible marking is the “U.S.” stamp on the front.
Despite the missing strap, the case remains solid and in overall very good condition for a field-used example.
