Original German WWII Gebirgsjäger (Mountain Troop)
Rucksack Waist Leather Strap- This was always issued with the rucksack
and was used to go around the waist of the soldat when wearing the rucksack to
keep the rucksack firmly attached to Gebirgsjäger (Mountain Troop) when
climbing. Most of the time is was lost and is a hard to find item.
The strap does have some use, and wear and tear to it, but the leather is
still good and could use some minor conditioning. Is about 53 inches
long. Good condition. $65.00

A Nice Original Mid Late War Gebirgsjäger
(Mountain Troop) Rucksack made from the correct dark khaki-green canvas material. It
has a nice size front pocket with 2 on the sides. They have a pocket
inside and under the flap. It comes with leather shoulder straps. There is
no marking or date on rucksack, but it is 100% wartime issue.
The leather might is in very
good condition. All of the
original hardware and straps are present! On the edges
of the closure flap and pocket flaps there is web HBT material sewn
on. This mid-late war rucksack is in excellent condition!

A Nice Original Gebirgsjäger
(Mountain Troop) Rucksack made from the correct khaki-green canvas material. It
has a nice size front pocket with 2 on the sides. They have a pocket
inside and under the flap. It comes with leather shoulder straps. It is 3
letter code "bmo" and dated 43 on the back of the rucksack.
Some of the leather might need conditioner, but otherwise it is in very
good condition. All of the
original hardware and straps are present! If there are
a few small holes, but no field repairs. This rucksack is in very
good to excellent condition! SOLD!
