CAMOUFLAGED SPLINTER A ZELTBAHNS

REPRODUCTION Heer/Luftwaffe Splinter A Zeltbahnen- This Splinter camouflage is our new improved type.  Both sides of the shelter have metal buttons, a total of 62 on each Zeltbahnen. There are 2 types of buttons, aluminum and metal.  In the center of the Zeltbahnen has a double flapped opening to allow the user's head through when it is raining, which is bar-tacked inside and out and they have two buttons at the neck opening.  Comes with small and big grommets in the corners.  Click on image.  $130.00 each OR 2 or more for $120.00 each.  SOLD OUT!

ORIGINAL German WWII Splinter A Pattern Zeltbahns- These were issued to the Heer (Army) and Luftwaffe armed forces for a tent quarter, rain poncho or a ground sheet.  They are 100% original.  Most of these have all of there metal grommets in place, unless otherwise noted (might have 1 small grommet missing).  Most of the Zeltbahns have their buttons, but there are a few with some missing (2 to 6) or most all of them missing.  The field repairs appear to have been period made and nicely done by sewing machine or hand sewn.  Some still have very small holes throughout and can be sewn or left alone because they are very small.  Others might have hole about a 2 cm to 5 cm in diameter.  These holes will need some fabric to repair them.  The colors of the Zeltbahns vary, but we have from fair to excellent color depending on use and late war manufacture.  Click on Image to see descriptions.

CAMOUFLAGE TUNIC AND TROUSERS

Reproduction Splinter A 4 Pocket Tunic and Trousers- Constructed from our new zeltbahnen material.  These are representing a field made jacket and trousers that could be worn by Heer or Luftwaffe soldaten on the front lines.  There is no lining. The cuffs are not functional.  It does have zigzag stitching under the collar with collar hooks for closure . It has the hollow backed buttons sewn on. Seam down the back of the tunic.  Four darts, 2 in the front and 2 in the back. Does not come with belt hook holes and suspension. The pockets do not have pleats, but the 2 chest pockets are slightly slanted.  

The trousers are a M37 trouser type and they come with a button fly, two front slash pockets and no rear pocket. The trousers come with a large "map pocket" located on the left thigh.  You must use suspenders to wear them, which there are buttons for the suspenders on the inside.  Since they are straight legged they are between 34" & 36" inseam and already hemmed. These may be worn with low boots and gaiters or outside with  low boots or Jackboots.  No lining on the inside.  Tunic sizes are 40, 42, 44, 46, 48 and 50. Trousers

Heer Tan & Water Smock- Made out of cotton rayon material with Tan & Water camouflage pattern.  The smock has a fastening string at the waist, drawstring front and the sleeves gather at the wrist with a button and strap arrangement.  It has 2 vertical slits with flaps that are chest high, which one of the flaps has an RB Number and size marking.  The smock has a hood, but does not have a face veil.  The smock is reversible.  Manufacturer recommends Dry Cleaning.  Sizes Large (36-42) and XLarge (44-50).  SOLD OUT!

Fallschirmjäger Jump Smock Tan & Water-  Material is exactly like the original, fine line twill, 10 1/2 oz .  All details are present, leather pull tabs on zippers, correct snaps, flare pistol holster, E-tool loop, windproof interior sleeve, armpit vents, satin edging on shoulder seams, interior tie tapes, gussets, RB Nr and date stamps, belt hook sewn eyelets, correct machine embroidered Luftwaffe breast eagle on Splinter B  material, machine sewn to smock.  Sleeves are larger diameter than the last run.  Tan & Water fabric is now preshrunk before sewing.  Has two diagonal and two horizontal pocket openings with RiRi Zippers.   The lower edge of the smock has press stud fasteners.  Sizes Medium (38-40), Large (42-44) and XLarge (46-50).  Please click on images to see better photo.  SOLD OUT!

Mouse Gray Parka (w/hood) Reversible to Winter White- These were issued to Heer and Waffen SS troops.  Mouse Gray color with gray blue “Urea” buttons on the gray side and painted white hollow back or hollow backed buttons on the white side.  Comes with adjustable waist belt and flap closure down the front.  The pocket flaps are scalloped and the cuffs have tabs to adjust cuffs.  At the bottom of the parka it has an hbt pull string to tighten it.  Comes with hood and pull string.  Reversible to white.  Small (size 38-40 chest) ,  Medium (size 40-42 chest), Large (size 44-46 chest) and XLarge (size 48-50 chest) sizes in stock!   SOLD OUT!
