Feldmütze (Schiffchen)- Our
overseas cap is made from German feldgrau wool
with a cotton gray lining.
The insignia on the cap consists of a
Totenkopf (Deathhead) button and a tri-angular
cap eagle (Hoheitsabzeichen).
The Totenkopf button is held on the cap
by an S-hook and is not painted.
The cap eagle is machine-embroidered,
exactly like the originals, with gray/white
thread on a triangular piece of black wool.

Waffen SS EM M43 Gebirgsjäger Fieldgray Cap (Bergmütze)- This is the short-billed type that was issued to Waffen SS soldiers serving in a mountain troop divisions. With insignia, SS Eagle & Skull in the front and a embroidered edelweiss with black wool backing on the left side, which are zigzag stitched like the originals. Comes with gray satin lining, which has manufacture, date and size markings. Has one tan plastic button in the front, which is original. Sizes are 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 & 62. SOLD OUT!
