Afrika Korps M40 EM Tropical Cap (Afrikamütze)- The famed Afrika Korps used this in Africa, but it was also used throughout the Mediterranean and others areas deemed tropical. Constructed of a ribbed cotton fabric just like the originals and is an olive/brown color. Fake folds around the cap and scalloped in the front. The insignia eagle and cockade is the BeVo type, which is machine sewn and is the best on the market. It has the correct full size tropical visor. It also has the top seam and has the correct tear drop back. The lining of the cap is red smooth cotton and has two metal eyelets to each side. Lining is manufactured marked and dated. We made them with a Panzer Grenadier soutache, which was the majority issued during the campaign. Sizes are 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 & 62.

faithful & best reproduction on the market, I've bought one of everything from everywhere... even the eReL's. current stocks with the high placed eagle not a problem, web pic doesn't do them justice, AND the soutagé is easily enough unpicked & removed (with care, & surgical tiny scissors). washable with very little shrink, true sizes, great fabric & color, matched insignia machine sewn.... and a very good web seller to deal with to.
