Original German WWII Early War "Hidden Thread" Leather Combat Y-Straps Marked & Dated 1941- A hard to find early war Y-Straps with the auxiliary straps leather cover thread hidden from the outside. The manufacturer would slice the side of the shoulder strap and thread through there and glue it shut. Very time comsuming. They did away with hiding the thread soon after until the end of the war. Nicely manufactured marked and dated 1941 on one shoulder strap. Most of the original paint is still on the hardware. Used but in excellent condition!
