Original German WWII Restored M40 Single Decal Luftwaffe Helmet Size 62- This helmet was an original single decal Luftwaffe M40 helmet. We stripped the post war paint and uncovered a lot the original factory paint, which we left on and uncovered the original Luftwaffe decal. The decal was too far gone and we painted over and applied some textured finish. Re-applied one of our dry transfer Luftwaffe decals. Also the helmet comes with the original outer, inner liner bands with aluminum liner pins and split pins. We put in a reproduction leather liner in the original inner liner band and used the aluminum pins to install the liner. Split pins are put back in the same factory position. Reproduction European made chinstrap.
