Original German WWII 7x50 Binoculars (Dienstglas) Marked "beh" (Ernst Leitz) With Black Presstoff Case Dated 1942- The binoculars are made by E.Leitz Wetzlar with marking “+”, which puts the date of the binoculars around 1942. Retains most of the original black paint and leather on the outside but appears to have shrunk and been repaired with glue. No chips on the plastic eye cups. The optics are excellent and on the right-side lens with the range finder. The black presstoff case is in excellent condition, but has the US soldiers name on the front outside and on the inside lid with address. It has the leather belt loop on the back of the case. No shoulder strap. replaced with new ones. The case is dated 1942 and has a Waffenampt. It has the pull down tab on the closure clasp. Very good to excellent condition.
