Original German WWII Decontamination Ointment Bottle (Hautentgiftungsalbe 41) With Contents & Reproduction Label- A small empty purplish/brown plastic bottle with cap and original string, used to hold decontamination ointment for your waffen (weapon). The bottom of the bottle it is marked “O 38 E 5108”, dated 41 and has the manufacture logo. Comes with our reproduction label with instructions applied to the bottle. These were issued to every German soldat and noted in his Soldbuch. If chemical warfare agents came in contact with the soldier’s weapon, he would open the container and pour it onto the weapon. Inside the plastic bottle would be an ointment to be applied to affected area. A great item to add to your impression. Comes with original liquid contents and in excellent condition.
