Original German WWII Heer M35 Double Decal Reissued Helmet ET66- We purchased this M35 helmet and it was a shell with original paint. The “Apple Green” is original on the inside of the helmet and the Dark Feldgrau is original wartime applied! They painted around the both decals. The Heer & Tri-Color decals were original on the helmet, but someone touched up the original Heer Eagle with paint and then scratched “SS” runes on the original Tri-Color Shield! We removed the paint and sanded down both deals so we can apply our dry transfer Heer & Tri-Colored decals to properly restore it. It is an ET66 helmet shell and we put in an original aluminum outer liner band that is dated 1938 and a size 58 with original split pins. Also put in a really nice European made leather liner and an aged chinstrap. The “Apple Green” is original on the inside of the helmet and the Dark Feldgrau is original wartime brushed applied! They painted around the both decals. Combat used, but in Very Good Condition.
