Post War German M40 Helmet Size 66 Refurbished To Wartime Standards- This is a Post War German M40 style helmet, which we transformed into a wartime M40 Helmet by painting it with our Dark Fieldgray. Reproduction German WWII liner, split pins and chinstrap were put in to complete the look of a wartime M40 issued helmet. It is a size 66 shell and you can choose a 58 or 59 liner. We believe the helmet is a Quist and they made helmets after the war for German Police. The only difference is the vent hole, visor might be a few millimeters shorter and no markings.

when i got it i was happy since this was my first helmet, When i got it out off the box i put the helmet on and was happy. It had dents on it but i thought it looked cool like that, The pins on the helmet between the air holes are loose and i don`t know if they are suposed to be loose. But im happy
