Original German WWII Heer EM/NCO Fieldgray Overseas Cap With Edelweiss Size 54- Cap in field grey wool construction with fold down flaps. The cap has two metal ventilation grommets to either side and have all of the paint on them. The front of the cap has a machine woven BeVo Army eagle in green-grey rayon thread, and just below eagle is a machine woven BeVo tri-color cockade. Both insignia have a field-grey rayon base and are hand sewn on. There is a gray lining, which is marked Otto Wesely, Kürschner inside of the cap and is sized marked 54. This cap is worn and there is some slight mothing on the front and on the eagle. Comes with an aluminum Edelweiss, which is attached to the front of the cap. Very good condition.
