Original Third Reich Diekirch Kriestag Tinnie and Koln Kriestag Tinnie

A Third Reich "tinnie" is a small, inexpensive badge or pin produced in large quantities in Nazi Germany (the Third Reich, 1933-1945) to commemorate a wide variety of events, rallies, and fundraising efforts.

Kreistag in Diekirch 1942 Badge/Tinnie (District Assembly in Diekirch 1942)
It is a propaganda "district assembly" badge from a NSDAP event in Diekirch, Luxembourg, in 1942. The metal crimped steel badge is made of die-struck black zinc and features a prominent eagle and swastika. It measures approximately 45mm by 27mm. The reverse side is marked with the maker code M9/162 for Ziemer & Söhne, Oberstein a. d. N. The pin on the back is intact.

Köln Kreistag 1939 Badge/Tinnie (Cologne District Assembly 1939)
Produced to commemorate a Nazi Party district day in Cologne. Constructed of stamped zinc.
The badge features an eagle and swastika emblem above a depiction of the Cologne skyline and coat of arms. The text around the edge reads "KREISTAG 1939 KÖLN". It was made by Ferdinand Hoffstätter in Bonn, indicated by the RZM code M9/28 found on the back. The pin on the back is intact.

Both are in very good condition.
