Original German pre-war Political Leaders gilt belt buckle, complete with its correct separate gilt catch, manufactured by Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, and correctly RZM-marked M4/24.
This is the round pattern Political Leaders buckle, produced in gilt finish and exhibiting the high-quality workmanship associated with early political organization buckles. The obverse features a sharply detailed eagle surrounded by an oak-leaf wreath, retaining strong definition and attractive original finish with light, even wear.
The reverse shows correct early construction, with a broad horizontal belt plate, soldered hardware, and clearly stamped RZM M4/24 maker marking. The accompanying separate gilt catch is original, period-correct, and matches the buckle perfectly, making this a more complete and desirable set.
