Original German WWII Kriegsmarine Issued Leather Combat Belt Loop
This is an original German WWII Kriegsmarine (Navy) leather combat belt loop, manufactured from smooth blackened leather typical for field equipment. The belt loop is fitted with the correct steel rectangular loop, retaining remnants of its original field-gray painted finish, consistent with period manufacture.
The smooth leather shows honest service wear, including surface scuffing, edge wear, and age toning from use. The stitching remains intact and displays correct wartime construction and thread. It is marked on the obverse with a Kriegsmarine issued stamp with an eagle with swastika and "M" underneath. The reverse is faintly marked, hard to see in photos.
A genuine, service-used example suitable for suspending ammunition pouches or other field equipment, and an excellent component for completing an original German WWII combat belt or field gear display.
