Original German WWII Gasmask Strap Protector
This is an original German WWII gasmask strap protector, designed to be fitted to the rear straps of the gasmask to provide added comfort and protect the back of the soldier’s head during wear.
Constructed of soft canvas in a dark field-gray color, the piece features the correct slot configuration for attachment to the gasmask harness. The material remains flexible, with strong stitching throughout.
This example is unissued and in excellent condition, showing only minimal storage wear.
A nice, often-missing accessory to complete a German gasmask setup or display.
