Dark green collar with machine applied silver NCO tresse around the edges.
Machine applied Heer eagle breast insignia (BeVo style) neatly applied above the right breast pocket.
Wartime collar tabs factory applied to the collar.

A ribbon for the Iron Cross 2nd Class is through the second buttonhole, but might not be period applied since it is held on with a period safety pin and can be removed or just left in place.
Four-pocket front with pleated breast pockets, field blouse cut with five front buttons.
Interior:
Full gray cotton lining with reinforcement panels.
Clear size and depot markings including maker stamp "Hugo ????", along with size numbers and depot acceptance stamp.
Interior suspension support hooks remain intact.
Condition:
Very well preserved, showing only light service wear.
Some damage to the left side breast pocket at the bottom of the pocket and looks to be repaired.
Front button holes do have the chain stitching coming apart on some of them.
Wool remains strong with no major mothing or damage visible.

Overall:
A textbook and untouched example of a Heer M40 NCO Feldbluse, complete with original insignia and markings.
