Unissued Original German WWII Helmsman NCO’s Career Sleeve Insignia- The insignia consists of a vertically oval, deep navy-blue wool base with a single piece, gilt washed, stamped alloy, diagonally angled, crossed anchors. The reverse of the insignia has an alloy base plate intact, but is missing the black cloth backing.
