Original German WWII Luftschutz M40 Helmet Q64 With Combat Liner- Crafted from the reputable Quist factory. This distinctive model, designated for Luftschutz and Fire/Police units, showcases the characteristic beaded design. The exterior is coated in the original dark Luftschutz blue paint, displaying subtle scratches indicative of its historical use and minor rust, further attesting to its wartime service. This specific helmet, featuring a Q66 shell, preserves the original standard Luftschutz liner with an original drawstring, portraying a genuine connection to its era. While the leather chinstrap unfortunately suffers from a break and considerable loss, the remaining elements showcase resilience and authenticity.
