This is an original German WWII Luftwaffe 2nd pattern visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum.
The aluminum finish shows natural age and minor wear consistent with period use, while still retaining sharp detail throughout the wings and body. No visible maker markings are present, which is common for many examples of these early cap insignia. Both attachment prongs are intact.
Overall, this example remains in good condition.
