Original German WWII Non Matching .7 Liter Canteen JSD 36- This canteen is a mixture of pre-war and wartime canteen components. The flask is marked JSD 36, but we could not unsnap the felt cover to check the markings. Most likely it is marked JSD 36 since it appears to be pre-war manufactured. The cup is marked and dated 1944. The leather strap are in good condition, but could use some conditioner. Metal hardware and snaps do have some minor rust. Good to very good condition.
