Original German WWII 28" Leather Vehicle Strap Marked & Dated
An original German WWII 28" (approximately 71cm) leather vehicle strap was used for securing equipment and supplies on military vehicles or wagons. These general-purpose straps were a fundamental part of German logistical equipment, designed for durability and functionality in the field.
This example is clearly marked and faintly dated 193?, with a faint Reichswehr Waffenamt acceptance stamp (Pic 6). The leather remains slightly stiff but still usable. The stitching and hardware are nicely intact. Measuring approximately 71cm in length, it is in good overall condition and could be reconditioned, if desired.
