The flag retains its original white cotton hoist edge and clips. The original RZM tag is still intact at the top edge, confirming authorized production for the Hitler Jugend organization, but is torn in areas. The red and white fields remain bright, showing typical folds, light age toning, and scattered small stains from long-term storage. There are no major tears or holes, and the flag displays well.
These large HJ flags were commonly hung from youth homes, schools, parade routes, and event halls. Multi-piece examples with intact hoist edges and RZM tags are increasingly difficult to find, especially in this size and excellent condition.
