Original Third Reich NSDAP Two Piece Cotton Armband-
Armbands served as an immediate identifier of an individual's affiliation with the Third Reich NSDAP. Variations in design and the position of the swastika often indicated different ranks or roles within the party.
This original Third Reich NSDAP two-piece cotton armband features a Bevo machine-woven swastika white circle, which has been affixed with precise zig-zag stitching. The circle shows signs of discoloration and staining. The armband itself appears to have been removed from a uniform and exhibits wear, including stains, and evidence of resizing.
