Original US WWII M1 Helmet Fixed Bale Helmet With Liner-
This is an authentic World War II U.S. M1 helmet featuring the desirable fixed bale and front seam design. The shell retains approximately 98% of its original early-war olive drab (OD) paint with the correct cork-textured finish. Light wear is present along the rim and crown, including minor scrapes from long-term storage. A faint outline (“ghost”) of a white cross is visible on the front, likely residue from an old medical badge tape. The helmet includes its original khaki web chinstrap with cast blackened metal hardware.
The high-pressure liner we think is manufactured by Seaman Paper Company (very faint marking), retaining majority of its factory paint with minor scuffs and is complete and in excellent condition:
