Original US WWI M1910 Infantry Haversack (1917) With Pack Carrier (1918), Meatcan Pouch, & Mess Kit (1910)

This authentic US WWI M1910 Infantry Haversack Set, consists of the main haversack manufactured by Perkins Campbell Co. and dated 1917, paired with the pack tail (extension) made by L.C.C. Co. and dated 1918.

Constructed from heavy khaki canvas, the haversack features the large external meat can pouch with securing strap and button closure, and retains the black “U.S.” stencil marking to the front. The original M1910 mess kit is included and is properly maker-marked and dated 1910. The interior retains its full set of web loops for attaching equipment straps and support tabs. The rear is fitted with the original shoulder suspension straps and all four M1910 metal hooks for belt attachment.

The matching pack tail (extension) is maker-marked “L.C.C. Co. 1918” and also bears a bold “U.S.” stencil. It includes both leather reinforcement tabs and complete securing straps with D-rings and buckles intact.

Overall condition is very good for its age, showing light to moderate service wear, some staining and oxidation from field use, and several rust stains and small corrosion holes on the lower panel from long-term metal contact. All straps remain strong and pliable with no major fraying.
