This is an original World War I U.S. M1910 cartridge belt featuring 10 pockets designed to hold rifle cartridges. One 5 pocket section is manufactured by Mills and dated Nov. 1918, while the other is made by Russell.
The belt shows light age and use, but all hardware and snap fasteners are intact and fully functional. Despite the two sections being from different manufacturers, the belt remains in excellent overall condition and is a solid representative example of a late war U.S. combat rig.
