Original German WWII M35 Heer Reissued Single Decal Helmet ET64- This Heer M35 reissued helmet is factory painted with a dark field-gray textured finish both inside and out. The Heer eagle decal has been reapplied, though approximately 65% of it remains with some wear and scratches on the decal.
Evidencing significant combat use, the helmet retains majority of its paint and displays very minor areas of paint scratches—a testament to its service on the front lines. The zinc outer band liner suggests a factory-level refurbishment, where the original liner was likely replaced with a new one. The liner, sized 57, bears the signs of age, and has one finger broken off at the tip. Still retains its original drawstring.
Regrettably, it does not come with a chinstrap, but overall, it stands as a remarkable representation of a combat-used Heer M35 reissued helmet. Its condition is in very good, providing collectors and enthusiasts with a tangible connection to the wartime experiences encapsulated in this piece of military history.
