Original German WWII Deutsche Wehrmacht Armband With Ink Stamp
Original yellow “Deutsche Wehrmacht” armband featuring black BeVo-style machine-woven lettering in a traditional Fraktur font. The wording translates to “German Armed Forces.” These armbands identified personnel serving with or attached to the Wehrmacht, including members of organizations such as the Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) and Reichsbahn operating in support of German military forces.
The armband retains a black ink stamp, although the marking is no longer legible. Some minor staining is present on the reverse, consistent with age and storage.
An attractive example in very good to excellent overall condition.
