We also offer trade options! You can apply the sale value of your item(s) as credit toward a purchase from our website. In a trade, we provide a retail value for your item(s) to match the retail price of the item(s) you wish to acquire.

Selling Your Collectibles: What We Need From You

  • Clear Images: Take multiple clear digital photos of your item(s), showing all sides, details, and any defects.
  • Condition Description: Provide a detailed description of the item's condition.
  • Requested Price: If possible, include your asking price to save time and avoid extended negotiations.


What You Can Expect

  • Fair Estimate/Offer: We provide honest, market-informed estimates with consideration of resale value. Please note that our offer may be adjusted (+/-) after in-person inspection if the condition differs from what was shown in photos.

  • Prompt Response: We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

  • Inspection Process:

    • Once a price is agreed upon, we’ll ask you to ship the item(s) to us for inspection.

    • We will reimburse 50% of the shipping cost (Ground or Priority Mail only). A copy of the shipping receipt must be sent via text or email.

    • We do not reimburse for Expedited, Express, Overnight, Next Day, or 2nd Day Air shipping.

    • Any items we choose not to purchase after inspection will be returned to you at our expense, with tracking provided.


After We Agree on an Estimate/Offer

  • Shipping Instructions:

    • Carefully pack your item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

    • Provide proof of shipment via text or email, including:

      • Photos of the package(s)

      • A clear image of the shipping receipt showing tracking information

    • We’ll reimburse 50% of the approved shipping cost with proper documentation as noted above. We only reimburse for Ground Mail/Shipping and Priority Mail. We will not reimburse for Overnight, Next Day, 2nd Day, or Express Shipping. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit or if the item(s) were poorly packaged. Final valuation is based on the condition upon receipt.

  • Inspection & Payment:

    • After receiving the item(s), we’ll complete inspection and process payment within 3–7 business days.

  • Payment Options:

    • PayPal (Friends and Family)

    • Venmo

    • Zelle

    • Wire Transfer (for payments of $2,500+; wire fee deducted from the final offer)

    • Company Check -- Company checks are mailed via USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope, and the postage fee is deducted from the final, agreed upon offer. This policy is non-negotiable due to recent USPS service issues.

Please note, for larger collections, we may be able to travel to meet you in person.
