Original German WWII MP38 u. MP40 Munitionsmagazin Marked fxo Dated 41 Smooth Body
Original German WWII MP38/MP40 detachable box magazine, clearly maker coded “fxo” and dated “41.” Maker code “fxo” is attributed to C.G. Haenel (C.G. Haenel Waffen- und Fahrradfabrik A.G., Suhl), one of the primary manufacturers of the MP38 and MP40 submachine guns and associated components during the early war period.
The magazine retains the majority of its original factory blued finish, showing only light, honest handling wear consistent with age and service. Two lightly visible Waffenamt 37 acceptance stamps are present, further confirming wartime military production and issue.
The magazine retains a strong majority of its original factory finish with even aging and honest service wear. The body remains straight with no visible dents or deformation. Markings are clear and properly positioned. The floorplate is secure and correctly fitted. There is no visible surface rust, only very minor edge wear and natural aging.
A solid 1941 Haenel produced smooth-body example, ideal for an early MP38 or MP40 display or as a correct wartime accessory. Overall in excellent condition.
