Original German WWII Photographs & Postcards (Lot of 3)
This is an original lot of three German WWII-era photographs and postcards depicting Wehrmacht soldiers during the Second World War. The grouping includes two portrait photographs of uniformed soldiers posing with their wives or girlfriends, along with one snapshot of German soldiers gathered around an MG34 machine gun mounted on a Lafette tripod.
The lot includes:
- Portrait Photograph of a Wehrmacht soldier posing with a woman. The soldier is wearing his dress uniform complete with aiguillette and shoulder boards.
- Studio Portrait Postcard of a Wehrmacht soldier posing with his wife. The soldier is shown in uniform, while the reverse bears a handwritten name.
- Snapshot Photograph depicting four German soldiers standing around an MG34 machine gun mounted on its anti-aircraft tripod during field service.
All three pieces are original period examples and exhibit honest age, light handling wear, and minor corner and edge wear consistent with age. The photographs remain clear, making them nice additions to any German WWII photograph or paper memorabilia collection. In excellent condition.
