Original Third Reich Bicycle Rider Trouser Clips "Hosenklammern" Set of 2These are original Hosenklammern (trouser clips) issued to German soldiers who used bicycles for transport and dispatch riding. Made of spring steel, the clips were worn around the lower trouser legs to keep fabric from catching in the bicycle chain or gears.
This set shows period wear with oxidation and patina but remains structurally sound. One clip is maker-marked “BLITZ”, while the other is unmarked. A seldom-seen personal equipment item, ideal for completing a bicycle troop or dispatch rider display.
