Original Luftwaffe M35 Reissued No Decal Helmet Size 64- This original Luftwaffe M35 Reissued No Decal Helmet, sized 64, embodies the complexities of wartime reissuing. Originally adorned with double decals, it underwent a factory refurbishment, receiving a new flat gray paint with a textured finish both externally and internally.

Evidence of its prior insignia remains faint, with the 2nd model Luftwaffe Decal and Tri-Color shield barely discernible beneath the fresh coat of paint. Intriguingly, the helmet bears marks of something spilled on it, likely during storage in a garage or basement post-war, with traces extending to the interior.

Equipped with an aluminum-reinforced liner dated 1940 and sized 57, likely a reissued replacement, this artifact exudes authenticity. The leather liner, complete and soft, includes the original drawstring, offering a tangible connection to its wartime service.

Regrettably, the leather chinstrap is missing, though this does little to diminish the overall quality of this Luftwaffe reissued M35 Helmet, which presents in very good to excellent condition, preserving the legacy of WWII history.
