The zinc finish shows minimal age and wear. There is hardly noticeable oxidation on the front and back. No visible maker markings are present, which is common for many examples of these early cap insignia. Both attachment prongs are intact.
Please note that this example has been denazified, with the swas. intentionally removed. Although this significantly impacts its collectibility and value, it still serves as an original period example or filler piece for a Luftwaffe insignia collection.
Overall, this example remains in poor condition.
