This high-quality reproduction of the German WWII flat shovel carrier is made from black Presstoff, a durable early synthetic leather crafted from layered, treated paper pulp. Widely used in the 19th and early 20th centuries, Presstoff was a cost-effective alternative to genuine leather.
Our carrier features authentic metal fittings, a closed-back design, and is available in black or brown leather with loops and straps. It is marked with a three-letter code and date or an RB number, just like the originals. Constructed with correct hardware and sewn using 4-cord white thread, it is slightly aged for an authentic, vintage appearance.
