Original Pre-WWII NS-Frauenschaft (National Socialist Women's League) Badge by Glaser & Sohn M1/109
The "Deutsches Frauenwerk" (German Women's Welfare Organization) began in 1933, eventually being absorbed into the "NS Frauenschaft" (National Socialist Women's Organization). Members were issued these badges to distinguish them, this example being a first pattern member badge for non-NSDAP personnel.
The pin measures approximately 32mm x 30mm. The front side shows a little bit of aging with some minor flecking of the enamel. The reverse exhibits minor age toning. The pin and catch are intact. It is RZM marked on the reverse M1/109, indicating it was manufactured by Glaser & Sohn, Dresden.
Overall in very good condition.
