Sold all together.The Winterhilfswerk (WHW), or Winter Welfare Association, was a social welfare organization established in 1933 by the National Socialist Party in Germany. Its declared purpose was to provide assistance to those in need during the winter months, ostensibly to help the "German people" endure the harsh conditions.
