Original Pre-WWII "Kyffhäuserbund" (Veterans Organization) Wool ArmbandThis is an original Kyffhäuserbund (National Veterans Association) armband, worn by members of the official veterans’ organization. The Kyffhäuserbund carried over many traditions from Imperial and Weimar-era veterans’ groups and was reorganized under the NSDAP in 1938 as the NS-Reichskriegerbund (NSRKB).This armband is constructed of black wool with a stitch at the top and bottom edges to prevent fraying. The machine woven logo is sewn onto the front of the armband. The ends are not sewn together. There are 4 tiny holes to the right of the shield, otherwise remains in very good to excellent condition.
