Original German WWII SA (Sturmabteilung) Kepi "Coffee Can" Cap Gruppe Ostmark With RZM Tag Size 57
This SA service kepi is constructed of lightweight tan twill with a pink wool upper band associated with SA Gruppe Ostmark. The front displays a zinc eagle that has lost most of its silver finish, above a pebbled button. A dark brown leather chinstrap with adjustable buckles remains in place, and the pink band has paired ventilation eyelets on each side.
The interior retains its brown lining, orange/brown sweatband, size 57 stamp, and sewn RZM “Tuchmütze” label.
The cap displays well, with vibrant colors. Condition shows scattered small moth holes and marks to the wool and tan fabric, wear to the chinstrap, several larger holes on the underside of the visor, and a worn area along the visor’s front edge. Please review the photographs for the full condition.
