Original German WWII Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF) Membership Stickpin This is an original German WWII Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF – German Labor Front) membership stickpin. The DAF was established in 1933 to replace Germany's independent labor unions and served as the official labor organization of the Third Reich. Its purpose was to organize and oversee the nation's workforce while promoting the regime's political and economic objectives.
The badge features the classic DAF cogwheel emblem with a finely checkered swastika centerpiece, die-struck in aluminum with an attractive aged patina. The reverse is marked with a "2" manufacturer's mark and retains a faint RZM marking, indicating production under Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) regulations. The original knurled stickpin remains securely attached.
Overall, this example is in very good condition, displaying honest age and light wear while retaining excellent detail. A desirable original membership stickpin from one of the Third Reich's principal labor organizations.
