Original German WWII Heer Recruiting (Wehrersatzdienststellen) Armband Woven Eagle
This is an original cotton armband featuring a woven Wehrmacht-style national eagle. Armbands of this type were worn by various temporary-duty personnel, including Wehrmacht recruiting staff, auxiliary police, military administration workers, and civilians performing official tasks under Heer (Army) authority.
A textbook BeVo style machine woven eagle remains sharply defined with excellent detail. The armband shows age toning, light scattered stains and discoloration, all typical of wartime examples. There are no major tears or repairs and remains in excellent condition.
