Original German WWII Infantry Assault Badge in Silver with a solid, flat reverse. The obverse features a rifle with fixed bayonet and sling within an oak leaf wreath, topped by an eagle clutching a swastika.
The badge shows a dull gray patina with wear to the silver finish and scattered surface oxidation, particularly on the reverse. The eagle, rifle, and oak leaves retain clear detail. The reverse is unmarked and retains its ball hinge, vertical pin, and catch. Overall in very good to excellent condition with normal age and wear.
