This deactivated (DWAT) M24 stick grenade features a pine wooden handle, which is letter-coded "brb"and stamped with the date "43". The handle shows aging from handling and time.
It comes with a zinc screw cap and is slightly dented. The grenade is missing its original string and porcelain pull ball.
The metal head is marked "ghs 1943", white WaffenAmt and retains a 75% of its original dark field gray factory paint, with some minor rusting.
Please note: The grenade head will not unscrew from the wooden handle shaft.
Overall, this M24 stick grenade is in very good to excellent condition, making it an excellent piece to display for collectors.
