Original German WWII Police Sport Shirt Patch (Uniform Removed)
These large BeVo (machine woven) patches were sewn to the front of white or tan sleeveless sports shirts worn during physical training, athletic competitions, and organized sporting events. The distinctive design features the Police national eagle surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, woven in green and black thread on a white rayon backing.
This patch is uniform removed. Aside from a slightly jagged edge around the outside of the patch there are no other flaws. Overall this has been nicely preserved. As shown it measures approximately 9" wide x 7.5" high.
