Original German WWII RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) Visor Cap Eagle By Hermann Aurich & RLB Armband Cut-Off Insignia

This style of insignia was worn on RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund - National Air Raid Protection League) visor caps during pre-WWII. The RLB was responsible for civilian air raid preparedness and protection throughout Germany during the Third Reich period.

This original visor cap eagle insignia was manufactured by Hermann Aurich. The marking "HA" is stamped under one of the prongs (pic 4). This is constructed in aluminum featuring nice details and crisp edges. The reverse retains 2 out of 3 original attachment prongs. Overall very good condition.

This RLB insignia was removed from an original armband and retains strong embroidered detail with vibrant contrasting colors. Displays age, edge fraying, and light wear from period use and removal. Overall very good condition.

Sold as a set.
