The third ribbon bar* is a buttonhole ribbon bar mounted on blue ribbon, fitted with two miniature devices representing the 25 Year (silver) and 40 Year (gilt) Faithful Service Medals. This style was typically worn on civilian or political attire and remains in very good condition.
