The silver 2 Reichsmark featuring President Paul von Hindenburg is the highlight of the lot and is one of the most recognizable circulating silver coins of the Third Reich period.
Condition varies throughout the group, ranging from fair to very good. Most exhibit circulation wear, age-related oxidation, scattered spotting, and toning consistent with use. Several zinc examples show the typical dull gray appearance and oxidation commonly encountered with wartime issues, while the bronze and brass coins retain much of their original color. The silver 2 Reichsmark displays honest circulation wear with an attractive natural patina.
